Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any cleaning services with Amber’s Residential Cleaning. By scheduling service, you agree to the following terms:




1. Service Agreement

Amber’s Residential Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional residential cleaning services to clients (“you” or “your”) under the terms set forth below.




2. Deposits and Payment

New Client Deposit: All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. Balance Due: Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.




3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds once services are rendered. However, your satisfaction is our priority. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any area of your home we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will schedule a free re-clean of the specific area in question.




4. Scope of Service and Additional Charges

Standard Cleaning Expectation: Our rates are based on the assumption that the home or facility is in a standard state of cleanliness. Deep Cleaning Fee: If the property requires more extensive work due to excessive dirt, debris, or neglect (e.g., hoarding, excessive pet hair, stains, or buildup), a deep cleaning surcharge of $100 will be added to your invoice.




5. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to inaccessible premises may be subject to a $50 fee.




6. Background Checks and Safety

All cleaning staff undergo background checks to ensure professionalism and trustworthiness. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff.




7. Damage and Liability

Amber’s Residential Cleaning is

not responsible for any pre-existing damage

or for damages caused by normal cleaning procedures. Please notify us of any fragile items, existing damage, or special instructions prior to cleaning.




8. Client Responsibilities

To help us serve you better, we ask that you:

Secure pets or inform us of their presence. Remove personal or sensitive items from surfaces to be cleaned. Notify us of any concerns or special requests in advance.




9. Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided in writing upon request.




By scheduling a service with Amber’s Residential Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
